"I do not believe that this agency is equipped or prepared to provide customer service in the way that State Farm describes as the benefits of working with an agent and agency staff. Justin and Jen lack genuine personalized service skills, policy tailoring ability and guidance that is helpful and trusted. Their work is sloppy and lacks attention to details. Encounters with Justin and Jen are abrupt. When I ask direct questions about my coverage and itemization of the fees being charged, there is a lot of round about descriptions provided to me with no clear answers. The price of coverage is high. If I have to pay that high fee for the coverage I need, so be it. But I have the right to know every detail of how that fee came about. When I ask further questions, I am told that I am rude, demeaning and I am the one going round and round. I expect that experienced customer service agents have enough knowledge of the products they represent to have poise when speaking with customers and be able to answers questions with clarity when asked. These folks act like it’s a bother to deal with you and you should know better than to ask. Honestly I see no value in use of Justin and Jen’s services. I’m willing to bet that any large direct service insurance agency would provide me with the same level of service without the fees that are imbedded in the charges for the promises of hometown value. My advice: Invest in time to fully understand the products you offer and level up on your customer service, communication skills and attention to details. I understand that State Farm pays you, but it’s the customer who has the choice of who to trust and invest in. I’ve been a customer of State Farm for 42 years and in that 42 years have had just two agents prior to Justin. NEVER had these issues with the other two agents. I’m moving on to a different local agent now who I believe has put the work in to fully understand the products and train their staff on how to provide customers with customer service that evokes trust, not frustration and more questions rather than answers. I realize this is just my opinion about my experience, and your experience may be different, but I felt it was beneficial to share it out to folks looking for honest feedback."
"Ms. Orlando, I’m sorry to hear you feel our customer service did not meet your expectations. Our office prides itself on our customer service. We make ourselves available seven days a week and nights and weekends to address the questions and concerns of our customers. We offer in person, virtual, and telephonic appointments to accommodate our customers’ schedules and needs. In fact, we participated in several phone calls and in person meetings with you to try to address your needs. While I understand your frustration about the costs of your insurance premiums, as we told you, State Farm dictates the premiums and we have no ability to set your premiums. However, on more than one occasion, I offered to sit with you and discuss ways to maximize coverage and minimize costs. You have engaged with our office on numerous occasions and we have taken the time to walk through all aspects of your policies and billing. If, however, we left you with any remaining questions after our many interactions, we will strive to do better in the future. I would like to clarify that no one at our office has ever called you names or referred to you with any disparagement. However, what I cannot allow as a business owner and employer is the berating of my team members. We pride ourselves on building an office with respect and kindness and I expect the same treatment from my customers to my team members. I do not tolerate anyone shouting at my team members on the phone or in person. Although we discussed these concerns with you in person and on several phone calls this past week, we know you will be well served by your next State Farm Agent. In the event that you believe we fell short, we appreciate your feedback and will take this in stride. We constantly are looking for ways to better serve our community and our customers. After more than a decade in the insurance industry, and over a year as a State Farm agent, I can say this is the first time we’ve received any concerns about our ability to communicate with our customers or about our ability to provide anything other than top tier service with exceptional attention to detail. Ms. Ringhoff has similarly been in insurance for over a decade and our office is incredibly proud of the service she provides to our customers. We have a talented team at our office and are proud of the services we offer."

Whether you are looking for home or auto insurance, or any other products he can provide he is a great listener, and offers all options to provide you peace of mind about your coverage. "I just wanted to say I was on line getting some quotes for my car insurance as my current one keeps going up every year. I did several quotes and the last one was State Farm. I was shocked when I got their quote. Exact coverage I wanted and it was approximately $800 less than Hartford and Progressive. I spoke to Sebastian and he took care of me on the phone. He was very patient and kind. I had my new ID cards that day. He took care of all the cancellation paperwork for me. If you want a lower insurance premium quote contact State Farm Insurance. My Chrysler 300 and I thank Sebastian."
